New 2019 Kitchen Creations Diabetic Cooking Classes Offered

Kitchens Creations is a cooking school for people with Diabetes. It is a hands on and free program open to individuals on a first come basis. The classes includes meal panning, hands-on cooking, tastings and diabetic nutrition. This school is for individuals who are diabetic, pre-diabetic or care for someone who is diabetic. Space is limited. You must be able to attend both classes in the series.

Thursday, February 14th and 21st, 9:00am - 1:00pm, located at the new Presbyterian Hospital, 4801 Beckner Road, Santa Fe, NM.

Master Food Preservers Potluck

What is the Master Food Preserver Program?

The NMSU Cooperative Extension Master Food Preservation program trains individuals to become food preservation educators for their communities. The course uses researched-based methods and information along with hands-on experience to train participants on proper food preservation techniques.
