Financial Wellness
Financial instability can have a significant impact on individuals and families, including increased stress, strained relationships due to financial stress, increased anxiety or depression, increased risk of chronic health issues due to limited access to healthy food choices, reduced access to healthcare due to lack of insurance or affordability, and limited housing options. We provide resources that help empower our community.

by Steve Houghton

DAY OF WEEK: Wednesdays
TIME: 3:00 PM-4:00 PM
Rich Routines explores how small, consistent daily habits can lead to lasting
improvements in health, finances, relationships, and overall well being. Rather
